ബംഗളൂരുവിൽ കോവിഡ് രോഗികളുടെ വീട് ഷീറ്റ് കൊണ്ട് മറച്ചു; വിവാദമായി നടപടി

ബംഗളൂരു > കോവിഡ് 19 രോഗം ബാധിച്ചവരുടെ വീടുകൾ പുറത്തുനിന്ന് സീൽ ചെയ്ത നടപടി വിവാദത്തിൽ. ബംഗളൂരു മഹാനഗര പലികെ അധികൃതരുടെ നടപടിയാണ് വിമർശനങ്ങൾക്ക് വഴിവെച്ചത്.

കോവിഡ് ബാധിച്ച ആളുകളുള്ള രണ്ട് ഫ്ളാറ്റുകളുടെ മുന്നിലാണ് ഷീറ്റുകൾ വെച്ച് അധികൃതർ സീൽ ചെയ്തത്. ഒരു ഫ്ളാറ്റിൽ ഒരു സ്ത്രീയും രണ്ട് കുട്ടികളുമാണ് താമസം. രണ്ടാമത്തെ ഫ്ളാറ്റിലുള്ളത് വയോധിക ദമ്പതികളും.

ഇവരുടെ അടുത്ത് താമസിക്കുന്ന സതീഷ് സംഗമേശ്വരൻ എന്നയാൾ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ പുറത്തുവിട്ടതോടെയാണ് സംഭവം പുറംലോകമറിയുന്നത്. സീൽ ചെയ്ത ഫ്ളാറ്റിലുള്ളവർ പുറത്തിറങ്ങാതിരിക്കാനാണ് നടപടിയെന്നായിരുന്നു അധികൃതരുടെ വിശദീകരണം.

ചിത്രങ്ങൾ വൈറലായതോടെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ നടപടിയിൽ ഖേദം അറിയിച്ച് ബിബിഎംപി കമ്മീഷണർ എൻ മഞ്ജുനാഥ പ്രസാദ് രംഗത്തെത്തി. എത്രയും വേഗം ഷീറ്റുകൾ നീക്കം ചെയ്യാൻ ജീവനക്കാരോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം അറിയിച്ചു.
